Our decisions are based on suitability, wellbeing, and long-term success, not quick placements.

Why We Sometimes Say No

We don’t recommend every option — and that’s intentional.

We may say no if:

An accommodation is not safe or age-appropriate
A study pathway is rushed or unsuitable
Expectations are unclear or unrealistic
A decision could put the student at risk

Saying no means we are doing our job responsibly — even when it’s not the easiest answer.
